As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Python Developer to help build, enhance and support a growing portfolio of internal tools, automations and AI-driven solutions. What You'll Be Doing

* Building and enhancing internal applications, automation solutions and AI-powered tools.
* Developing integrations between internal systems, SaaS platforms and third-party APIs.
* Working directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical solutions.
* Creating tools that improve internal processes, efficiency and user experience.
* Investigating and resolving issues across applications, integrations and automations.
* Exploring emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities to drive business value.
* Supporting and improving existing internal applications throughout their lifecycle.
* Contributing to development standards, documentation and best practices.
* Working closely with both technical and non-technical teams across the business.

What We're Looking For

* Commercial experience developing with Python.
* Experience building applications, automations, integrations or internal tooling.
* Experience working with APIs and connecting systems together.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
* Someone who enjoys understanding business problems and building practical solutions.
* Confidence working directly with users and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

* JavaScript experience.
* Exposure to Power Platform, Power Apps or Power Automate.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
* PowerShell scripting experience.
* Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse or Entra ID.
