Senior Software Engineer - Vejle - Hybrid
I am currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading innovator in the automotive industry in Vejle. This European leader in the field of car sales is seeking a Software Engineer to join their development department as they grow multiple teams that all focus on a specific product in their portfolio. This position offers the chance to contribute to forward-thinking technology in automotive sales while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the engineering efforts for the development of the new pricing platform, facilitating the transition from legacy systems.
* Ensure the secure and scalable operation of services.
* Optimize flows and processes to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with an agile, international team of experienced professionals.
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable code using industry best practices and design patterns.
* Encourage a culture of ownership and accountability within the team.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in .NET development.
* Experience with AWS infrastructure.
* Familiarity with MySQL or similar relational database technologies.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
* Agile mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to troubleshoot and propose effective solutions.
