Azure Freelance Consultants (Freelance - 12-Month Rolling Contract)


A large client within Norway is looking to totally rebuild all of their systems within Norway, and as part of this they are looking for two Azure Expert Consultants, one focused on security, and one acting as more of a generalist. These individuals would be expected to lead enterprise-level development & architecture, by ensuring different teams are working towards a coherent goal within this digital transformation.

Technical Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in IT Security Architecture a

* Hands-on experience within cloud security

* Experience in Terraform

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka

* Experience with Norweigan regulation requirements

* Cloud operations engineering skills to measure platform effectiveness

* Platform monitoring skills and knowledge of DevOps processes

Managed Cloud Customer Success Manager | 6 Months (Inside IR35)

Jefferson Frank are working with a leading technology company who are seeking to on board an experienced Managed Cloud Customer Success Manager who is willing to go through Security Clearance, this is a highly exciting role for an industry leading program of work.

Daily activities:

* Being a single point of contact for Managed Cloud customers
* Focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as building close long-term relationships
* Controlling service financials & profitability (including cost optimisation for customers)
* Helping to understand existing processes and create new ones, both internally and with a customer and with support of appropriate teams
* Supporting the Managed Cloud teams in understanding the customer's needs
* Keeping both the customer and the team informed about the needs and changes
* Proactively recognising customer's needs and using resources to drive continuous improvements i.e. quality, automation & profitability
* Taking care of contractual obligations and driving upsell activities

Skills desired:

1 Experience in a similar role gained in mid-size or large international companies
2 Previous experience in operational and tactical service governance
3 Capability to ensure Contractual compliance in service delivery as well as managing contract changes
4 In-depth understanding of Service Management / ITIL / support processes
5 Knowledge and understanding of tools such as Jira, Confluence
6 Excellent communication skills
7 Strong focus on high customer satisfaction
8 End-to-end ownership, self-driven approach, and "Get it done" attitude
