What are the responsibilities?

The Role

Here you'll be managing an engineering team of up to 8 people, taking on leadership responsibilities within your assigned area, including team delivery, productivity, quality and efficiency.

You'll also be

* Providing mentorship and regular feedback on performance to the team members.
* Proactively communicating about plans, milestones, progress and potential issues with stakeholders.
* Proactively addressing bottlenecks and obstacles encountered by the team in order to manage expectations regarding delivery and timelines.
* Identifying and applying best practices for the team's technical platform and direction.
* Understanding how the team's products and components fit into current and future customer value, workflows and offerings, from a technical and business perspective.

Begeisternd durch sehr gute Rhetorik- und Präsentationstechniken und einen souveränen und vertrauenswürdigen Auftritt als Lösungspartner im Eskalations- und Konfliktmanagement
Überzeugende Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch

Senior Salesforce Developer

This opportunity is to work with an international leader in digital banking, recently they have invested millions of dollars in their salesforce CRM team. As a result they are currently looking to bolster their team with a Salesforce Developer.

Your position will require you to work with various teams globally as you develop Salesfroce.com applications and platforms. These applications are low latency/high reliability and therefore you will work with cutting edge salesforce products such AI and cloud.

Role:

* Developing and deploying using Apex, Lightning, VisualForce and Force.com
* Working in a Scrum environment and in collaboration with BA's, Developers and DevOps Engineers
* Analysing business requirements and building additions to the CRM platform

Requirements

* Software Engineering background in Apex, Lightning, VisualForce and Force.com applications
* Proven Salesforce.com experience building out large scale applications
* Experience building out CRM platforms
* Agile / Scrum
