We have an urgent need for an experience SAFe Product Manager for one of our most prestige Telco clients starting ASAP. This is a fully remote role and we are open to candidates from all across Europe.

The solution delivery service will be required to:
* Deliver professional services within Resource Management workstream, business process and delivery
* The delivery service deliverables include but are not limited to:
o Setting the Vision for the Agile Release Train
o Creation and maintenance of a Product Roadmap
o Creation, ownership and sign-off of Epics to describe the work needed to meet the roadmap
o Leading a team of Product Owners within the ESAM (SAFe) way of working
o Leading the System Demo sessions
o Working with the Solution Owner to ensure the Product meets the wider solution requirements and design constraints

In addition, the Product Manager will need to:

* actively participate in program increment planning, scrum of scrums, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other meetings.
* oDrive the PO Sync meeting to look beyond the current delivery horizon and ensure the longer-term roadmap is kept in view

Role & Responsibilities

* Managing virtual teams which may include our staff, customer staff and third parties and helping team members to prioritise and complete work to deadlines
* Creating and updating project documents / systems including but not limited to plans, budgets and RAID logs
* Understanding and coordinating the resolution of technical and business issues
* Delivering what was promised on time and budget
* Using a mixture of Agile (e.g. Scrum / Kanban) and Waterfall (e.g. PRINCE2) techniques as required by the customer
* Running lessons learned reviews and improving existing processes

Skills & Qualifications

*

* Project management. 3+ years of experience managing projects in an IT context with an Agile Project Manager accreditation and ideally some experience of managing agile projects. Able to set-up and explain the use of the key documents needed to organise a project.
* Communication skills. Produces clear and persuasive written and verbal communications that understand the context of the recipient and what matters to them. Tendency to communicate often to reassure the client. Ideally able to influence and persuade people at all levels.
* Planning. Understands what a critical path is and how dependencies work between tasks. Can create a Gannt chart that makes use of different types of dependencies, elapsed time and manual and automatic scheduling. Ideally has experience of managing resource scheduling across multiple projects.
* Technical knowledge. Experience implementing infrastructure projects. Ideally experienced in implementing AWS technologies.

Description

The position is to lead and guide my client in a new and more technically organised direction, internally as well as directly to their own clients. The role will involve direct client contact, from first planning meetings through to final delivery.

Being able to communicate verbally, as well as via email and other methods (such as Slack) is an essential part of the role and as such, you should be both excellent in verbal and written English.

The client will also expect you to work with UX/UI designers, front and back end developers and Server Team from the outset to ensure the project meets the requirements of the build specification.

Day to Day:

* Managing key client accounts
* Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects
* Advising clients on cost, available resources, problems and solutions
* Tracking the project deliverables and matching those with agreed deadlines

● Keeping track of latest digital campaign trends and analysing digital behaviour

Key Responsibilities:

* Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery.
