Job Description

My client is a big company in the AI industry and they looking to take on a Senior Data Manager on an initial 6 months contract plus extension.

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver the customer data strategy and create data assets which can be socialised widely
* Build the analytics capability across customer and empower and upskill all teams to value, use and make better decisions, automations and optimisations using data
* Build a data monetisation strategy
* Transform our culture to become more data driven, more customer centric
* Enable the delivery of our personalisation strategy through the use of data
* Recruit, retain and motivate a team of data scientists to deliver significant value from data projects and deliver savings from optimisation/automation of key data-driven processes/reporting
* Be an agent for change and transformation in the data area - working closely with the executive, management teams and senior resources to build a positive story and advocacy for the use of data to deliver world class customer experiences every day

Jefferson Frank are looking for a Software Engineering Manager based in Ireland to on-board with a Dublin based consultancy for a 12 month initial contract.

Role Overview:

Among other duties you will be responsible for (list is not exhaustive):

Release Train Engineer - SC or DV Cleared - OUTSIDE IR35

Jefferson Frank are proud to be continuously supporting an established IT and Business consultancy who are now in pursuit of a Release Train Engineer.

Non Negotiables:

- Must have an active and transferable SC Clearance or DV Clearance.
- SC Clearance with the ability to apply for a DV Clearance.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified SAFe RTE to lead the stand-up of a multi-supplier and client ART for up to 3 teams. The RTE will work as part of the SAFe workstream to lead the ART stand-up, coaching the teams to ensure the correct process and best practice is adopted.


* Facilitate and coordinate the preparation and execution of release planning . This includes:
* Work with the Agile Release Train (ART) or group of Agile teams to prioritises the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) or ""Big Room"" planning cycle.
* Facilitate the refinement of features to be considered in the next Increment or development cycle to meet the Feature Definition of Ready (DoR).
* Assist and facilitate the communication and coordination with all stakeholders and, in some cases customers, during feature definition and delivery.
* Manage change to the plan as well as the impact of those changes within the Agile Teams and ART.
* Provide open communication regularly across the program to all stakeholders for transparency and common awareness of progress and impediments.
* Steward delivery and continuous improvement by utilising feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.
* Work across stakeholders and, through Scrum Masters, the teams to continuously improve across the program.
* Actively practice servant leadership; as adopt a consultant/coach mentality when resolving unusually difficult problems with stakeholders.
* Participate with management and cross-functional teams as subject matter expert to develop and improve operating policies and procedures related to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other large scale Agile frameworks and be an advocate for adopting Agile and SAFe best practices and processes.
* Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.

Key Competencies:
* Lead and coach large complex teams (planning and organisation) Demonstrated RTE experience in organising, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
* Ability to lead and facilitate large participant events such as PI Planning and Demo's.
* Strong knowledge and experience in Agile "ticket" Management software such as JIRA or Rally
* Strong communication skills. Demonstrated presentation, interpersonal negotiation.

Job Description

We are a seeking highly motivated experienced and enthusiastic Test Manager who is passionate about Quality Assurance in the successful delivery of the E-Business Solution extended to integrate new business entities and applications within an existing EBS platform.

Role & Responsibilities

* Provide estimates for activities to the project manager and project plan status reporting.
* Develop and coordinate the Testing strategy.
* Develop and execute the testing plans
* Coordinate and manage SIT and UAT issue assignment, tracking and resolution.
* Report Testing and Issue Resolution progress to key stakeholders.
* Manage and resolve issues, assess risks.
* Manage the defects and change control process for testing and promotion of code to a higher environment and production.
* Coordinate and manage the post-go live issue assignment, tracking and resolution.
* Ensure SRs and issues are raised/ progressed, escalated and resolution implemented in line with the appropriate delivery processes.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience at running and delivering Implementation Testing (>2 projects)
* At least 2 full Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP implementation projects
* Comprehensive understanding of functional and non-functional testing strategies.
* Good understanding of the AIM and OUM toolsets.
* Experience working with test management systems, such as HP Test Manager, MS Test
* Manager or other.
* Works well under strict time pressure and understands when to compromise and when to escalate.
* Attention to detail, highly motivated.

Rate: Up to €500 per day


Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for identifying the key internal stakeholder groups and build successful working relationships to ensure your team presents a unified interface to the wider Technology community. You will also have to manage internal communication in order to ensure that the Delivery team and internal stakeholders are provided with regular status on your team's activities.

Alongside this you will also:

* Acting as the internal point of escalation for all items that pertain to your team's activities within Technology
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the organisation and cultivate successful relationships with stakeholders
* Ensure that project achieves financial KPIs in line with agreed project targets
* Forecast accuracy for both firm and pipeline project costs
* Provide leadership and mentoring to your team to achieve these KPIs
* Establish and implement strong governance across the project
* Manage internal communication, ensuring all internal stakeholders are informed and consulted as appropriate on items of relevance through the lifecycle of the project
* Ensure best practice around risk management, reporting and communication

Required Skills:

* Excellent knowledge and proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Agile
