**Major Duties & Responsibilities
They need someone that's got experience on the project management side. Someone that's got experience using Smartsheets or other cloud based or collaborative software.

* Partner with technical teams (R and D) and product development teams to establish clear, objective, and quantitative success criteria by which trial and overall development execution is measured and tracked.
* Quarterback test planning and execution; facilitate execution readiness to ensure technical teams can successfully accomplish objectives on time.
* Manage contracts with vendors and team members by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
* Interact, integrate, and drive results across cross functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, production, sales, service, etc.
* Provide regular program updates to leadership and other key stakeholders using standard reports and KPI's.
* Ensure that projects operate within the confines of the company's goals, vision, and core values.
* Proactively identify and manage risks and issues.
* Lead cross-functional teams in conducting. postmortem reviews following product launch to gather and communicate key learning's for continuous improvement.
* Ensure that all NPI processes are followed and be a leader in adopting NPI processes.
* Learn and manage all program management tools, using all requisite documents in conjunction with industry best practices.
* Execute implementation and improvement projects for program management tools and processes.
* Have familiarity with AWS Cloud and tools.

**Required Knowledge And Skills**
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field (or related experience), PMP certification preferred
* 8+ years of related work experience
* Relevant experience in program, project, or product management
* Experience in or knowledge of NPI/NTI processes including TRL concepts
* Background in manufacturing/industrial engineering is required
* The ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
* Team player with experience working in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
* Open minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve
* A data-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and focus
* Experience with Smartsheets or other project management tools

This progressive, forward-thinking company are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Manager (AWS) to join ASAP and assist with working as part of a growing product team.

Role responsibilities:

* Lead a Cloud Ops / DevOps team and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the multi-region AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) environment that hosts the companies product suite in alignment with agreed SLA's, governance and best practice.
* Engage with the wider business to provide a cloud infrastructure that is secure, robust, performant and highly available to meet the needs of customers.
* Lead the infrastructure team bsed on modern practices and principles enabling delivery of the hosted solution.
* Work closely with the development team providing timely DevOps support.
* You should come from an engineering or cloud infrastructure background with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle as well as being highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to think creatively. You will be an advocate of stable, secure and highly available infrastructure and industry-recognised best practices for cloud management.

Other:

* 4 or more years of professional experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
* Strong understanding of Linux and its administration
* Systems development and architecture experience in AWS cloud environment
* Experience of cloud native infrastructure, virtualisation technologies and virtual networking
* Understanding of agile environments, continuous delivery techniques and DevOps culture
* Core skills across a broad number of infrastructure domains e.g. databases, middleware, data centres, operating systems

The solution delivery service will be required to:
* Deliver professional services within Resource Management workstream, business process and delivery
* The delivery service deliverables include but are not limited to:
o Setting the Vision for the Agile Release Train
o Creation and maintenance of a Product Roadmap
o Creation, ownership and sign-off of Epics to describe the work needed to meet the roadmap
o Leading a team of Product Owners within the ESAM (SAFe) way of working
o Leading the System Demo sessions
o Working with the Solution Owner to ensure the Product meets the wider solution requirements and design constraints

As an On-boarding Coordinator in the People Operations team you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional on-boarding experience for new joiners that is well-organised, well-managed and runs smoothly to give them the best start possible. What you'll be doing

* Coordinating the end-end planning & delivery of our on-boarding experience for UK new joiners.
* Handling pre-boarding and post-boarding tasks such as adapting comms, creating cohorts and collating feedback etc.
* Managing on-boarding administrative tasks such as calendars and coordination with presenters and new joiners.
* Continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and be more efficient whilst keeping all on-boarding materials up to date.
* Be the primary go-to contact for all on-boarding coordination and administration. Staying organised, up to date and one step ahead.
* Building great working relationships with the rest of the People Operations team, the Recruitment team, the EA team, the IT team and hiring managers.
