The Role

Key responsibilities:

* Engaging with customers on a personal and technical level to understand their business requirements and address queries on AWS and Amazon Connect
* Ensure customer success in designing, building and launching the next generation Amazon Connect
* Participate in deep architectural discussions
* Ability to implement AWS based AI automation solutions on cloud contact centre technologies that can be leveraged to drive enhancements in business process and performance
* Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders
* Accountability for ensuring solution designs are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets

Your Profile

Key skills & knowledge:

* Certified AWS Solution Architect, with real-life solution architecture experience
* Proven knowledge of Contact Center technologies including Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Voice Biometrics, Natural Language Processing, Telephony Integration CTI, Automatic Call Distribution ACD, Call Recording and Automation using AI/ML.
* Hands on experience to code and implement solutions using modern Web technologies including React and Node.js as well as REST API design on modern web stacks such as Node.js or Python
* Experience with AWS technologies such as AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, S3, Sagemaker, Contact Lens, Transcribe

Jefferson Frank are supporting a specialist Data and Digital Transformation consultancy in the pursuit of an experience Solutions Architect with strong Azure experience.

This is an outside of IR35 opportunity on a remote basis with the possibility of occasional travel.



Solutions Architect essential experience:



* Excellent stakeholder management - dealing and reporting to senior DDs
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/DevOps technologies, .Net Core and C#
* Good understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies, and approaches.
* Experience of designing for Cloud based resilience & security.
* Strong Capability in getting into technical governance details and reviews - should be able to form action plans and recommendations.
* Excellent working knowledge of design patterns and modelling notations such as Archimate, UML and BPMN
* Knowledge and demonstrable experience of both traditional and agile delivery methods



Solutions Architect Key Responsibilities:



* Lead on providing different architectural options advising on pros and cons of differing approaches.
* Engage with and analyse multiple architectural work streams
* Gathering company requirements and designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view to ensure it meets these.
* Create a documented architectural analysis of the current Technical and Solutions Architecture Service and whether this is currently being fulfilled (based on current/future demand)

Jefferson Frank have partnered with a specialist Data and Digital Transformation consultancy who are focused on supporting clients to successfully deliver on their digital transformation programmes. We are currently looking for a Data Solutions Architect to work alongside a blue chip company.

You will be working for a high-profile client, analysing their existing processes, identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise these processes, and developing solutions to deliver service improvements to them.

Requirements:

* A consulting background, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Principal consultant grade, we need someone with a strong data engineering background
* Experienced in solution architecture, ideally with an appreciation or experience of enterprise architecture
* Strong Microsoft and in particular Azure knowledge with a lot of experience with the data services such as eg. Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Blob storage.



Key Responsibilities:

Your main day to day activities will be:

* creating optimal technical designs through an iterative process, aligning such factors as the user need within the system requirements, security and organisational objectives
* leading the design and review processes for new solution and services, evidencing the inclusion of 'Secure by Design" in the technical designs you produce, oversee and approve
* developing and documenting the proposed technical design for the integration and implementation of any solution, working with and across other areas of DDaT and the business
* presenting recommendations for technologies or improvements to enhance systems to support project goals clearly to senior management, based on knowledge of IT and analysis of systems' needs
* contributing to the overall technical strategy and road map for the department in your area of expertise

evaluating the success of a project, once the solution has been integrated, identifying best practices and lessons learned

You will be responsible for the overall security and Security Architecture of AWS Cloud platforms. You will have end to end responsibilities from the Security requirements right through to the Security operations of the platform making sure that the platforms are safe from external and internal threats.

Required Skills

* Experience in IT security, compliance, and risk management, including a familiarity with compliance & security standards
* Experience of working with key AWS security services
* Set up AWS IAM roles and policy for the project
* Experience of building an enterprise AWS security strategy from a set of client security requirements
* Knowledgeable about the key security risks that are present when using AWS and how these can be prevented, detected, and remediated
* Set up security configurations for AWS service used by the project including but not limited to AWS Cloud Watch, AWS Cloud trail, AWS SQS, AWS Cognito, S3, RDS, etc
* Technically inquisitive, with a genuine passion for keeping your skills and knowledge up to date with emerging industry trends, via conferences, meet-ups and self-motivated research Desired Skills.

Your duties and responsibilities:

As a Network Infrastructure Architect you will be an SME in networks; able to define, validate, and provide cost solutions for projects and bids for customer requirements. Responsibilities will include creating design documentation (Low Level Design-LLD, High Level Design-HLD), cost estimates, bids, pre-sales support, and best practice documentation on the network element of designs, transitions and implementations. You will be accountable for the successful handover of deliverables to the service support team.
You will be able to manage high levels of ambiguity when dealing with emerging requirements, able to cope when under pressure, self-motivated, and possessing a flexible and pro-active approach.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You must offer demonstrable in-depth expertise in network design, particularly across IT infrastructure environments. Previous design experience of LAN, WAN and broad experience on a range of Firewalls (including Cisco, Fortigate, CheckPoint and Palo Alto) are critical, as is experience writing both HLD & LLD.

You should be able to demonstrate a career history comprising the following:

* Strong familiarity and subject matter expertise in relation to Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Change Control, Implementation

We're searching for an expert within AWS to act as a technical lead/ Architect on an initial 10 Month contract Inside of IR35. You'll play a vital role in the life cycle of a major project.

As the technical lead you'll act as an architect to ensure product quality, solve issues and lead architecture assessments all whilst providing technical guidance on software development flow & oversight of application developers.

You'll organize and lead all technical aspects between cloud services & front and back-end development whilst ensuring the regular delivery of projects are in accordance with agile methodologies. #

The technical requirements for this role are as follows
