Technology Support Analyst £60,000 + (15% Bonus) - LONDON

The Opportunity: Join the expanding technology team in London, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our users maximise the potential of our technology platforms. As a Support Analyst, you'll provide end-user support, administration, and project management for rolling out new applications and technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day end-user support and troubleshoot issues
* Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure seamless technology integration
* Identify and resolve business challenges through technology solutions
* Manage end-to-end projects, including infrastructure components of real estate fit-out projects
* Ensure operational excellence through daily platform checks and timely issue resolution
Skills & Attributes:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 suite, and operational/application security
* Networking experience and familiarity with ITIL processes
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders
* Strong influencing skills and proactive approach
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
* Drive and ambition to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
