Nous recherchons actuellement un.e Consultant·e Data Analyst spécialisé·e en Power BI pour rejoindre notre équipe Data Driven Business. Votre mission principale sera d'aider nos clients à valoriser leurs données en utilisant les technologies les plus innovantes. Vous serez impliqué·e dans toutes les étapes du processus d'aide à la décision, de l'acquisition à la restitution des données.

Vos principales missions incluront :

⚡️ Analyse des données fournisseurs pour suivre la performance et la gestion des contrats avec les différentes entreprises.

⚡️ Mise en place de Dashboards de gestion des compétences pour aider les services RH dans la gestion des formations et la capitalisation des connaissances de l'entreprise.

⚡️ Accompagnement à la mise en place d'une Modern Data Platform, depuis la gestion des flux d'intégration de données jusqu'à la production des KPIs pour le pilotage de l'activité industrielle des utilisateurs métiers.

Environnement de travail :

Vous collaborerez avec et encadrerez des équipes pluridisciplinaires organisées en mode agile, dont :

* Des UX/UI designers pour la création d'éléments visuels et d'histoires associées.
* Des développeurs fullstack pour des missions Power BI Embedded ou la création de nouveaux Custom Visuals.
* D'autres consultants Data pour les former sur les modules de la solution Power BI ou le domaine Data Analytics.
* Des experts en adoption pour diffuser les bonnes pratiques et favoriser l'engagement des utilisateurs.

Profil recherché :

Nous recherchons un profil ayant les compétences et expertises suivantes :

✅ Outils de data visualisation : Excellente maîtrise de Power BI (la connaissance d'au moins un autre outil tel que Tableau ou Looker est un atout).

✅ Excellentes capacités relationnelles pour assurer le lien entre les équipes métiers et l'équipe de Data Engineers.

✅ Langages : Bonne maîtrise de SQL, Python, M, DAX pour la préparation, le nettoyage et l'analyse de données.

✅ Connaissance des concepts de modélisation de données.

✅ Excellentes capacités analytiques et conceptuelles.

✅ Autonomie et capacité à résoudre des problématiques techniques et fonctionnelles en dialoguant avec des profils IT et métier.

✅ Passion pour la technologie et l'innovation.

✅ Leadership technique et aptitude à encadrer une équipe.

Les compétences supplémentaires suivantes seront appréciées :

⤵️ Expérience dans des environnements complexes avec une connaissance des processus DevOps, des APIs, des infrastructures hybrides et des questions de sécurité.

⤵️ Expérience réussie dans le pilotage de projets ou de chantiers de grande envergure, ou dans l'encadrement d'une équipe.

⤵️ Formation supérieure en ingénierie, école de commerce avec spécialisation en Data ou équivalent, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la data.

⤵️ Participation à plusieurs projets de mise en place de plateformes d'analyse de données avec maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs outils de visualisation.

⤵️ Motivation pour intégrer une structure combinant l'exigence d'un cabinet de conseil et la dynamique et l'agilité d'une start-up.

⤵️ Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit d'initiative, goût pour les nouvelles technologies et synthèse.

⤵️ Sens du service client et capacité d'écoute pour s'intégrer parfaitement dans la culture de notre cabinet de conseil.

Support Analyst - £75,000 - Hyrbid role in Leeds - Must be eligible for security clearance

Looking for a Technical Support Engineer or similar background to come into a Support Analyst role for an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner who are leading in the migration and digital transformation space.

The role title in question is a Support Analyst operating as a 3rd line engineer with a Developer function. This will allow you to step into the Development space and provide great career progression. As well as responding to Tickets and maintain SLA's, you'll be working in a production Ops team, providing development for the live applications, being aligned to the DevOps team to provide documentation, testing, management and development implementation.

Looking for:

* Experience in a L3 or 3rd line support role (Essential).
* Some experience in an Application environment.
* .Net, C# & SQL (Essential but hasn't got to be extensive).
* Experience in either, Azure, AWS or GCP (essential),

Salary is dependent on experience but looking to pay up to £75,000, hybrid based role, twice a week on site in Leeds centre.

All candidates must have valid right to work in the UK and not be dependable on any other individual.

Must either have Security Clearance or be able to obtain Security Clearance (Not been outside the UK in the last 5 years for more than 28 days at a time).
