Cloud Support Engineer, £40,000, Remote, Award Winning Consultancy
A fledging technology consultancy in the cloud space are looking to add an accomplished Cloud Support Engineer to their ranks. You can expect to be working alongside a group of dynamic and collaborative individuals who promote aptitude and mindsets in addition to skillsets.
On a day to day basis you can expect to be;
* Supporting & Maintaining supported client Cloud environments
* Day to day management of incident and request tickets ensuring Client defined SLA's are met.
* Using problem management to avoid repeatable incidents
* Assit with new client onboarding

The role can be fully remote, although there will always be a seat in the office for you. In addition to a competitive benefits package, the salary offered is £40,000.
