Service Desk Analyst - London - £150-£200 Per Day (3 Months) - Outside IR35

The Service Desk Analyst will provide efficient and courteous L1 service desk and L2 desktop support of tier 1 customers in all aspects of end user computing. Working in a team of 4, covering shifts between 7am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, the role demands a high level of customer focus, readily picking up problem ownership and working tenaciously until the problem is resolved.
* Tier 1 customer desktop support and service desk operation
* Hardware support
* Application installs, moves and changes
* Hardware installs, moves and changes (including some weekend and out of hours work)
* Application and hardware upgrades and mass deployments
* Service Desktop project tasks execution
* Support SCCM Patching MS Deployments where and when necessary
* Updating Audit documentation
* Service Now queues
* Product evaluations and recommendations
* Assist in the development of technical standards and operating procedures
* Provide assistance to Senior Support Analysts
* Application upgrades and deployments
* Service Now provisioning
* Strong Customer/Service focus
* Team player with self-motivation
* Well presented professional with good all round communications skills
* Diligent work ethic to adhere to audit mandated processes
* Able to work under pressure
* Experience in supporting trading floor environments from Service Desk side
* Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products
* Strong background in ITSM platforms - e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Cherwell.
