Two-thirds of our respondents were AWS-certified, with popular non-AWS qualifications including accreditations in programming languages such as Java and PHP. 49% of our respondents reported that their employer paid for their certifications in full.
Employee bonus was the most frequently mentioned benefit (45%), followed by health and medical insurance. Interestingly, flexible working (38%) and remote working (35%) were more popular amongst participants than a favorable retirement savings plan (30%).
