Product Owner - Helsinki - Up to €6,000 - FINNISH RESIDENT

Our Client is looking for a talented Product Owner

As a rapidly growing SaaS start-up setting a new standard for agile product innovation and consumer research. Their clients include well-known international and Finnish consumer brands and agencies .

Product and brand teams use the their platform throughout the innovation process to test often, learn fast, and bring winning ideas to the market. They make advanced consumer research easy and amplify innovation. They have currently around 40 people based in Finland, Sweden, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Responsibilities :
New feature delivery
* Manager of new feature development projects from prototyping until release
* Managing release calendar (scope, timings)
* Managing product backlog (feed to development projects)
* In co-operation with Designers, prototype design: user stories, Figma design, acceptance criteria
* Collaborating closely with designers, developers, Data Science team, QA team, clients, CPO, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality product development
* Helping and guiding developers on needs-basis
* Communication of new product releases internally

New feature strategy and roadmap

* Defining and maintaining product roadmap in collaboration with CPO
* On project basis, leading or participating in new feature discovery or experimentation

Process development

* Contributing to projects / actions focusing on improving ways of working within product and tech organization and product development
* Proactively introducing new ideas

Skills
- Scrum / kanban/ agile methods
- Software: Jira, Figma, MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong motivation to always learn more.

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience of PO role in SaaS business
* Experience of product development from Product Discovery until Launch
* Bonus: 1) experience from coding 2) consumer market research or product innovation process of consumer brands
