Lead Platform Engineer - Up to £108,000 Base + Bonus + On Call Bonus

Looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to join a huge name in the retail sector, who are leading the way in the fashion and clothing space all whilst championing a tech-first approach.

You will report in to the Head of Engineering and be responsible for a team of three engineers. You will be spearheading projects and be pivotal in embedding a strong DevOps culture. Leading by example and ensuring that through effective communication you can create a team which is of an exemplary standard, providing the best solutions.

Looking for experience in:

* Expert level knowledge in one of GCP or AWS
* GKE & EKS for containerization and Terraform/Terragrunt for IaC
* Lead teams previously from a both technical and management perspective

Salary is dependent on experience but looking to pay up to £108,000 + Bonus + On Call Bonus.

Hybrid based role, twice a week in office. (Office location near Highbury & Islington Station).
