Role: Fullstack Tech Lead

Location: Oslo

Tech stack: React, Typescript, Node, Next.js, Azure

Are you a hands-on Tech Architect with a knack for balancing innovation and stability in fast-paced environments? Our Client is looking for a leader to help shape the future of their expanding product.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Technical Leadership: Lead their development efforts, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices. You'll be hands-on, making strategic tech decisions while still getting into the code.
* Building New Features: Work on exciting new features and integrations as they scale their customer base.
* Security & Compliance: Safeguard their product by ensuring it meets the highest security standards.
* Hardware & Software Integration: You'll need experience in both hardware and software - with knowledge of network protocols, VPNs etc.

Your Experience:

* Strong background in TypeScript, Node.js or MERN stack
* Full stack development skills
* Proven technical leadership in small, agile teams
* Knowledge of network infrastructure, VPNs, and orchestration systems

Bonus Points For:

* Norwegian language skills
* Experience working with IoT devices and/or hardware
* Experience in a product development environment
