Job description

Software Developer - Hamar


We are a team of 30 based on Hamar looking a software developer to add to our team!

You will be joining colleagues skilled in Java & .NET development, as well as a small design and project management team.

We work on projects to help local customers make the most of new technologies - with a focus on the forestry and energy sector

You will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on projects and explore new technologies to see which areas you wish to specialise in

What will you be working on?

* Analysing requirements and discussing solutions
* Writing clean, efficient code using industry best practices
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to knowledge share & deliver solutions
* Providing technical support to clients throughout the development process
* Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends

We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills & experiences:

* At least 3+ years professional experience in software development
* Higher education in IT/Engineering, or a related subject
* Proficiency in either Java or C#/.NET
* Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript is beneficial
* Experience with cloud and container technology
* Familiarity with working to Agile and devops principles
* A willingness to learn new technologies
