AWS DevOps Engineer/Architect

Responsibilities

As a part of the team:

* Collaborate with all the team members (developers, graphic designers, experience designers, behavioral researchers, marketers, managers, etc) to include the input of different experts in the product you will participate in building.
* Build, design and implement scalable cloud-based solution for SaaS.
* Work alongside architecture and engineering teams to design and implement scalable software services.
* Day to day management of our SaaS solutions
* Ensure necessary system security required by SOC2 Type 2 by using best in class cloud security solutions.

With the clients:

* Communicate in a clear and professional manner with clients
* Be the principal contact from operation to support with the clients

Requirements

* Understanding the cloud ecosystem in modern software development: Automated deployment, Infrastructure as Code, Immutable infrastructure, git, CI/CD pipelines, containers, serverless, monitoring.
* Hands-on experience with high traffic production infrastructure.
* Effective communication skills in English and French and ability to understand business requirements.

Technical skills

Solid knowledge in AWS Cloud technologies (4 years +)

* AWS Cloud and Services (EC2, Fargate, EKS, Cloud Formation, VPN...)
* Kubernetes, Helm
* Docker (Registry, Container...)
* Bash-scripting
* PostgreSQL
* Some experience in the following technologies would be an asset:

* Spring
* Python
* Git
* Maven, Node, CI/CD
