Cloud Computing Engineer

The cloud computing engineer will be a huge piece of an application migration from a monolithic application to a AWS cloud application. The company is in the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, related discipline or equivalent experience in the field

5+ years or more of enterprise-level Infrastructure consulting or implementation experience

Experience with Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Powershell or other automation environments and scripting technologies

Experience migrating workloads from on premise to cloud

Networking fundamentals, including VPN configuration

Familiarity with Containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)

Experience with network technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools

Experience using AWS CDK for IaC automation (teraform)

Must code (not script) in python. 5+ years experience preferred

Certification in one Cloud Platform (AWS preferred)
