Role Responsibilities & skills -

* 1-2 years experience in windows platform, windows installation, troubleshooting issues, ticketing tooling knowledge.
* Service desk experience - troubleshooting on windows, effectively handing an dealing with requests, resolving issues.
* Good English written and verbal language skills.
