Staff Engineer

A fantastic new opportunity for a Staff Engineer working for a leading retail company. This is a perfect position for someone in between a senior and principal level who wants to be involved in hands on coding, technical decision making and leading teams. You'll help lead cross functional teams of 20/25 engineers.

You'll gain a lot of freedom in the position to define your own technical road maps. This role will report into the Head of Engineering and will need to have been involved with the tech side of Agile development.

The company have offices in Manchester, London, Coventry and Milton Keynes. You'll be required to visit the office once a week.

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong AWS experience
* Full stack development experience
* Strong programming experience with one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, or Node.js.
* Experience leading cross functional teams
