Senior Support Engineer- Helsinki- up to 5500€/pm

Our client is looking for a Support Engineer who is passionate about problem-solving. They help enterprises embrace the global digital identity ecosystem and build trusted business relationships. They have strong plans to scale their engineering team working on their SaaS product.

Responsibilities

* Learn and understand how their products work, also on a technical level.
* Analyze, reproduce, and diagnose complex customer issues that may go beyond the scope of regular support.
* Deploy, upgrade, operate, monitor, and decommission their cloud services.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation
* Collaborate with members of product, engineering, and sales teams to convey customer feedback and report product issues etc.
* Work on proactive measures to prevent future problems.

Requirements

* Experience troubleshooting software applications and related technology infrastructure, or equivalent
* Experience providing direct support to external customers
* Extensive technical knowledge in the domain like
* Linux and Windows system operation experience
* Experience working with SQL databases and LDAP directories
* Knowledge/experience working with web applications (Java EE, Servlet or similar)
