Job Title: QA Manager / Transformation Support Manager

Location: Helsinki, Finland

About Us: We are a dynamic and innovative team based in Helsinki, driving the transformation and integration initiatives for Secure Land Communications. As a Transformation Support Manager, you will be a crucial member of our Integration and Verification team, contributing to the success of our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Transformation Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Implementation of strategic transformation and transversal co-ordination initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Transversal Co-operation and Global Community:

* Harmonize and optimize activities among different business units within Secure Land Communications.
* Identify synergies across various business areas.
* Enhance End-to-End Validation Process with Customer Service organization.

2. DevOps:

* Identify and implement improvements related to DevOps.
* Drive and monitor regional extension initiatives.
* Identify potential efficiency improvements in Laboratory investments, IV processes, and methods.
* Monitor the implementation of TPI next improvement actions.

3. Lessons Learnt:

* Analyze root causes of issues and propose improvement actions.
* Participate in product and solution quality reviews.
* Monitor corrective actions for continuous improvement.

4. KPI and Performance Management:

* Systematically create and analyze KPIs for IV projects and Test Automation.
* Harmonize reporting of progress for different IV projects.

5. Test Automation:

* Systematically analyze and improve multi-site Test Automation activities.
* Enable a common Test Automation roadmap.

6. Support Line Managers:

* Assist and support Line Managers in their roles.
* Collaborate with Line Managers in different countries, PBM, PMO, Testing Engineers, and system architects.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in project management and transformation initiatives.
* Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Test Automation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
* Experience in KPI and performance management.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering
* At least 3 years' experience in the fields of software development/ Testing/Test automation
* Self-guided and driver attitude, willingness to develop state of the art products helping to rescue life
* Motivated team player who aims for organizational and own development
* Analytical skills to develop testing tools and test automation in rather complex telecommunication environments
* Fluent spoken and written English skills.
* Team leading skills.
* Planning and negotiating, steering and guidance, follow up.
* Competence development and transfer, coaching, fast learning.
* Location in Helsinki and possibility to work partly remotely.
* Security clearance is done to the chosen candidate.
