What is the opportunity?



The person who joins us will arrive into a uniquely favourable set of circumstances: a fantastic and proven designer, bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation. In this context, the potential for growth is significant and exciting! We are looking for a robust Front end developer who also has UI/UX abilities.



Skills & Competencies?



You will be, or have, the following:

- You take ownership on your projects

- You're ambitious and recognise that the better the company does the better you will do

- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or front-end engineer

- Proficient in code visioning tools

- Sound knowledge in HTML and CSS

- Proven understanding of web markup

- Artistic creativity for collaborating with developers and clients as required

- Familiarity with best practices for usability, conversion optimisation and accessibility

- Diagnostic accuracy and problem-solving for debugging websites

- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.



Duties

- Develop new user facing features

- Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices for payment platforms.

- Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers

- Passionate to create good design and usability

- A team player with excellent communication skills

- Experience with working with CRM in a start-up organisation would be a plus
