Are you a Service Delivery Manager looking to work within an award winning team and company? If so, I am currently coupling up with a global technology provider located in Cambridge.

Due to significant growth and successes they are now seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding team. This position plays a vital part in their process with building new relationships internally and on an external basis.



Responsibilities:

* Ensure all calls are resolved within SLA's. Proactively report and monitor the service quality and compliance
* Deal with issues and concerns from customers in a quick and professional manner
* Ensure that all processes are ad efficient and cost effective as possible
* Create and maintain reports, logs and documentation
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, internally and externally.



Essential requirements:

* Experience with Cloud / AWS services delivery
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Knowledge at understanding customers perspective on IT issues.
