SaaS Platform Architect (m/f/d)



Your Responsibilities:

Our Client takes sustainability very serious. They impact every industry and ensure transparency and excellence at every step of the supply chain.
For that they have come up with a deeply embedded platform that create simplicity where normally complexity would govern.
As a SaaS Platform Architect you will play a critical role in designing and scaling our SaaS Platform. You will work closely with Product Management and Development, reporting directly to the CTO.

* Collaborate with Product Managers and Development Managers to define architectural requirements and design scalable solutions.
* Design and implement microservices architecture on AWS.
* Ensure platform security, scalability, stability, maintainability.
* Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI, to extend and optimize capabilities and performance.
* Create and maintain architectural documentation.



Your Qualifications:

* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically in a SaaS environment
* Strong expertise in microservices architecture and containerization.
* Strong experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more
* Strong understanding of security, scalability and performance considerations
* Expert in working with agile methodologies.
* Confident demeanor, excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, initiative and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
* Very good knowledge of German and English
