Position: Senior Backend Java Engineer

We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer to work in a java-based product development environment. As part of a global enterprise, the 30 technical employees Nordic business department works independently to develop products focused on the Nordic sports industry. You would first work to modernise existing products before contributing to a greenfield project starting later this year.

The development environment is agile, sociable and hosted in a modern tech hub in central Oslo. The products provide a platform for sporting federations to breed a unique sporting community around their sport and facilitate broadcasting and monetising through fan engagement.

We are looking for:

* 3-5+ years' experience with Java Spring/Hibernate frameworks
* Knowledge of AWS cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure
* knowledge of Golang programming
* Knowledge of containerization and microservice architecture is beneficial
* A strong and sociable team player
