Project Manager

One of our top, repeat clients is looking to bring on a project manager in a full-time, permanent capacity onsite in Cleveland, OH.



The client is in a stable, growing, recession-proof industry.



* Ability to explain technical things to non-technical audiences
* Work with Business Development team on customer RFPs and create scopes of work
* Build project plans
* Collaborate on projects with the implementation team
* Manage timelines and deadlines
* Be responsible for deliverables
* Transition customers to billing post-implementation
* Conduct periodic follow up with customers post-implementation

An ideal candidate will have great communication skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to work with the implementation team. The role does not require a strong technical background, but any technical expertise is a big plus.

The company provides full benefits. The position is fully onsite in Cleveland, OH to start, but once settled into the role, can shift to include 2 remote flex days per week.
