Engagement Manager | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | 6 Months

This Client is a large and exciting company who needs an Engagement Manger, who will be a part of the Professional Services Practice Delivery Team, working with their most strategic customers who have very high expectations. This role supports a new service which combines Elastic Engineering Plus (EE+) which delivers a DevOps Native experience to customers and will involve constant engagement with C level customers.

Requirements

* Leads and directs the delivery of services and support to clients on a strategic level.
* Analyses operational processes, escalation procedures, and assessments in order to find ways to improve service and offer value to customers/clients.
* Feedback process management (NPS) with Stakeholders.
* Create and manage a network of cross-functional technical resources within the client environment and with selected partners in order to efficiently match client demand with high-quality Architecture & Engineering expertise.
* Point of contact for customers and partners as part of service delivery
* Develops and supervises answers, ensuring prompt and accurate customer service and the resolution of any client/customer issues.
* Collaboration with Sales and management of presales activities to ensure timely delivery of proposals in order to achieve organic account growth.
* Maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Personal Specification

* Strong understanding of industry best practices and how to apply them to the company.
* Excellent networking skills and ability to build strong relationships with C level leaders.
* Proactive, with a high level of communication and organisation
* Experience handling large corporate accounts
* Strong IT experience with a good understanding of Cloud and Automation Technologies (ITIL, Kanban & DevOps).
* Very good Leadership Skills and attributes.
