AWS DevOps Engineer

AWS DevOps Engineer | AWS SOCA | AWS Migration | Outside IR35

Jefferson Frank has urgently looking for a senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join a project on an initial 3-6 month basis and is a fully remote contract.

The client I am working with is start up that are developing a revolutionary technology platform.

Essentials (Must Haves)
● Experience working on Linux/Windows-based infrastructure.
● Good knowledge of Python and bash/PowerShell scripting.
● Proficient with git and Terraform.
● Working knowledge of data storage solutions.
● Exposure to AWS Cloud engineering and CI/CD tools.
● Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles.
● Problem-solving attitude.
● Collaborative team spirit.

Desirable (Nice To Haves)
● Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
● Experience with IaC tooling such Terraform and CloudFormation.
● Experience writing automated tests (Unit) and improving code quality.
● Employ monitoring, alerting and self-healing during design and development.
● AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, EC2, AWS Backup, EFS,
FSx, IAM
