LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job Description

We are currently advertising for the role of a Lead Software Engineer for a large globally established company.

Your responsibility will be to simultaneously manage those junior to you within the team, as well as taking a hands on approach to the development of your projects. The successful candidate should have some team-leading experience and a passion for coding and developing with the ability to work within a team in a flexible hybrid working environment.

Role & Responsibilities

* Reporting into and working alongside the head of engineering to create clear and strategic objectives.
* Mentoring as well as sharing knowledge and expertise.
* Development, implementation and evaluation of technical decisions.
* Hands on development within your technical speciality

Skills & Qualifications

* Varied tech stack, use any of the following technologies: Java, Springboot, Golang, React, Typescript, Python
* Experience in working within AWS
* Must have a keen interest in collaborative working and innovative thinking.
