Lead Serverless Back End Developer

I have a fantastic and unique opportunity on for a Lead Serverless Engineer who specialises in Node.js. The company create the visual effects for Hollywood movies, advertising and immersive.



You will be working with some of their largest retail clients and investment bankers on their digital signage.



You will come in and take complete ownership of their new infrastructure based on AWS, Serverless, Node.js, TypeScript and IoT. You will be at a Lead level and really make a difference for the company. All the projects are greenfield, so it's a great time to join where you'll have complete autonomy whilst being supported by a successful global business.



Key Requirements:

* At least 8+ years of commercial development experience
* Typescript: 3-5+ years experience
* Node: 3-5+ years experience
* AWS: 3+ commercial years experience, including a strong knowledge of most of the below:

* DynamoDB - Must have
* S3 - Must have
* CloudFront - Must have
* APIGW - Must have
* Lambda - Must have
* IAM roles and policies - Must have
* SQS/SNS
* Cloudwatch (for logging, monitoring and metrics)
* IoT Core
* Elastic Transcoder
* Cognito (SAML)
* CDK (typescript) and CloudFormation - for deploying API IAC

Their office is in London, you will be required to go into the office twice a week.
