Jefferson Frank are delighted to be partnering with a unique, up-and-coming consultancy with their HQ based in Tampere who can offer an innovative business model.

In the consultancy domain there is a vast amount of competition to secure the biggest projects with multinational corporations. A typical struggle for consultants, especially those who aren't senior and at the peak of their powers is that they can very easily get lost within the projects, ultimately leading to having a lack of drive, purpose or enjoyment with their work. This partner goes in the opposite direction to this trend by targeting SME's and scale-ups with evidence of growth or potential.

Founded in 2016, they specialise in Master Data Management, Software Development and Software Testing. Designing and implementing software solutions for their customers, they prioritise work-life balance for their employee's by offering in line, or above market rate salaries as well as the policy for every consultant to work fully remotely if they choose to.

The Role

By the end of 2024, this client wants to have added over 15 specialists to their team. One key profile includes experienced Automation Engineers, specifically experienced with Robot Framework and Python for coding and/or API Testing.

Responsibilities will depend on the customer however you will be expected to write code to create and maintain automated test scripts. You will work on foundational Test Automation projects to provide a structure for writing and organising automated tests for both mobile and web based applications. On projects, you can expect to have responsibilities across CICD processes working with tools including Jenkins, Travis CI & Circle CI to build, test, deploy and enable the continuous integration and delivery of software.

What they're looking for

* Minimum 3+ years in a QA or Test Automation role.
* Experienced on professional projects with Robot Framework and/or Python.

Beneficial if you have?

* Well versed experience with multiple Test Automation tools from one of Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
* Strong API Testing experience across Java, Python or JavaScript.
* Test case management experience with Zephyr, Jira, Trello or Test Rail.
