Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) (SC Cleared is a must have)

* Contract
* £650 a day Inside IR35
* Hybrid with visits to Bristol, Cambridge and West London
* 12 month contract
* Minimum of SC cleared, preferably DV and UK Nationals only.

Required Experiences:

* Past IT delivery experience in the defence sector
* Proven experience of leading Agile, either from a delivery or consulting perspective.
* SPC Certified
* Have a minimum of 5 years experience in SAFe
* Have confidence working in a client-side advisory role, and as a relationship manager.
* Have the flexibility to travel, to meet regular commitments in Bristol and farther afield.

Key duties and responsibilities:

* Leading our engagements to support the client in their adoption of SAFe and LPM
* Relationship management with key stakeholders within industry partners, and with the user community.
* Providing insight and sharing Agile best-practice throughout projects.
* Ensuring our commitments are fulfilled to a high level of quality and client satisfaction (measured by quarterly KPIs).
