Company Details

Now partnering with a market-leading, SaaS product development company. This client operates in the field of Component Content Management Systems and have built a cloud-native product to develop, create, manage, publish and translate technical documentation. What this translates to is brands being able to manage their content at a component level. Allowing them to author, manage and share content in 'real time' across any website, app, portal or knowledge base.

Already a well established player within the industry they work with companies across multiple sectors. Making their business very stable. They work with an array of leading companies including the likes of Amazon, The European Commission and Allianz.

The Role

Currently in a scaling up phase and have received a significant round of investment during the Spring of 2023. They're increasing their technical teams by 1.5X having already seen the company grow around 130% in the past 2+ years. Already active in both technical writing and documentation domains. They're also expanding into new sectors to continue to future-proof their business.

In their large development team you'll be optimising the existing system. They're constantly looking to build new features as well as re-build & extent the existing infrastructures.

All new services are built from scratch where the entire development team gets the opportunity to participate from developing, securing and enhancing the product, eliminating bugs and technical issues, research and testing as well as making infrastructural changes. All with the intention of enhancing the final product to provide maximum value to customers.

What they're looking for?

* 3+ years development experience with a modern programming language. They work with a malleable tech stack meaning there are NO specific requirements when it comes to programming language types.
* Swedish and English speaking skills.

Beneficial if you have?

* Experience with cloud environments (ideally AWS)

What's next?

If you've returned from the summer break with the interest to join a modern, industry-leading organisation then this could be for you. With an emphasis on a collaborative culture where work-life balance is a priority, this customer works hard to create a productive environment that allows developers to do what they do best, code! In addition, you'll get the opportunity to be challenged, learn and grow. All whilst having a tangible impact on the final product.

In return you'll receive a highly competitive market salary, in some cases well above market averages. In addition you'll receive a compensation package including pension scheme, private healthcare, hardware allowance, a tailored personal development plan, 30 days vacation and days committed to non-curricular activities.
