Support Analyst - 75k - Hybrid - 2 days per week in Leeds
Our client is a global digital engineering & cloud transformation consultancy, they are continuously growing to a large business and are set to become a billion dollar company by the year 2026. They are currently exploring the AI as well as working closely with public sector clients on projects that will allow you to use your tech for good. The successful candidate will have great Python and AWS experience as well as experience as a team lead / mentor for this position.
Role & Responsibilities
* Will work in Production Operations\Service team.
* Application Support for Application Live Production applications on daily basis.
* Triage Production incidents using Service Management tools. Support application end users for queries as and when required.
* Support and Monitor applications as per the SOP and the tools stacks used on the programme.
* As a part of the current OPS (Devops team) develop and test solutions for live incidents.
* Responsible for development and testing as per Agile DEVOPS approach, involves CI\CD process
* App modernisation
* Technical and team leadership
Skills & Qualifications
* Hands on experience in .NET technologies with C# development experience (especially micro-services).
* Knowledge of cloud platform - Amazon AWS and SQS.
* .NET latest framework, Experienced in C#, MVC, Rest API programming
* Team City and Octopus (CI\CD pipeline build and support)
* Worked in support-based environments and experience of working to critical deadlines as and when required.
