AWS ENGINEERS- 12 month contract - £700 a day - Hybrid in London - Working for one of the biggest Telco company's in the market!

Jefferson Frank are working with a client who are looking to on-board multiple AWS Engineers- it is imperative that you have experience with Amazon Connect and a mix of some of the skills listed below.

* Python
* ReactJs
* Terraform
* Monitoring Solutions (ELK / DataDog)
* CI/CD solutions (Buildkite / Jenkins)
* Git
* Docker
* REST API
* AWS SAM
* Jira/Confluence
* SRE skills

The role involves responsibilities as below:

* Maintaining governance and processes for incident and problem resolution
* Creating and publishing guardrails, standards, and patterns related to the support and operation of the contact centre solutions
* Creating and publishing knowledge articles as part of the support and operation of the contact centre solutions
* Engage in incident and problem management and resolution
* Assist other agile teams with support and development of contact centre solution features
* Backlog management via Jira
