This client is actively hiring for their Product-Tech Marketing department of the organisation. In this product-team focused area of the business their priority is to design, build and monitor technologies and products that will define the whole industry for the future. This department's function is to build the candidate marketplace & monetisation services, adding to their growing portfolio with this area being the most recently formed. Within this department they experiment with content, business models and questions the products status quo.
Hiring for both mid-level & senior developers, you'll be working in an agile methodology format with engineers, product owners & engineering leads to build & maintain robust, data processing systems and internal tools. You'll be participating in designing and building systems that have an impact across the entire organisation on both a commercial and technical level, purely in a cloud (AWS) environment. You'll be working with the most modern versions of Java, .NET, React & DevOps, responsible for the automation of services for a growing section of the organisation.

Seniority relates more to your flexibility & approach to a range of technologies which you will be working with. Senior candidates will be able to influence & take ownership for these technical-specific tasks on the team delivery level. You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to work with more than one programming language and will have an open mindset to further developing your skills & experience with a range of technologies. In addition, you'll bring your own mindset to management & mentorship whilst simultaneously overseeing the AWS infrastructure. You will play an active role in stakeholder management and ensuring requirements are delivered from the customer through to task-specific work for developers.
To qualify for these positions you must have:
* A growth mindset and a capacity to learn new things (concepts, technologies, ways of working)
* Minimum 2 years commercial experience within development with either .NET or Java
* Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructures
It will be preferable if you have:
* Frontend experience with React.js
* Exposure working DevOps style - building CICD pipelines with your team of developers/engineers
* Experience with stakeholder management
