CLOUD NETWORK ENGINEER - REMOTE- 100K-130K

Job Description: You will be responsible for working in a remote AWS/cloud setting , providing technical leadership and guidance to our clients ongoing cloud adoption and modernisation efforts.

Role & Responsibilities

* Working in a AWS cloud environment, plans, evaluates, coordinates, tests, installs and successfully implements new and existing hardware and software across physical media, protocol stacks, switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection devices, and other network components
* Updating and deploying IaS pipelines in AWS using CI/CD
* Performing problem isolation of network through troubleshooting and devising solutions
* Installing patches and maintaining accurate records of network changes and patch/update levels

Skills & Qualifications

* Physical networking background - Working with sites and dealing with circuit careers
* Working with IaC - Code build, code pipeline and all native
* Troubleshooting type work
* Figure out how to build pipeline (Willingness to learn and grow into senior
* Farmiliar with AWS CI/CD process
* Cisco, Fortinet (brand of firewall switches), Sonic Wall
* Experience in setting up, switching and routing between physical locations (CCNA)
* Communicate with carriers and vendors
