Job Description:

Application Support Analyst III (Intermediate) Serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and will collaborate with third party vendors, internal business units and IT teams. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Responsible for installation of third-party business applications. Will assist in system implementation. Responsible for moderately complex tasks within the job function. Responsible for installing, enhancing third party applications while documenting processes. Will assist business unit(s) on system implementation, enhancements and/or new version applications. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree and experience OR 4 or more years of experience
* 3-4 years of experience with technical troubleshooting, solution delivery, software application
* Experience with system analysis and operating systems
* Experience with IT help desk software
