Internal Communications Lead
We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Lead on a contract basis to play a key role across a number of enterprise scale transformation programmes.
Required Internal Communications Lead skills & experience:
* Proven experience developing and executing comms strategies
* Hands-on experience drafting written communications
* Leading, managing, and building internal communications teams
* Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Building and maintaining SharePoint sites, and Power Automate flows
Key Internal Communications Lead responsibilities:
* Developing the Communications Strategy, using engagement metrics to measure effectiveness
* Publishing tactical, day-to-day communications for live services
* Leading comms plans for large-scale projects, supported by project teams
* Maintaining the client's automated comms tools, based on using O365 Power Automate
* Coordinating with the client's other comms teams
* Delivering other technology-related comms, as needed
The successful applicant will be required to work via an umbrella company for the duration of this project.
