Senior Recruiter - Full Desk (360)

We are currently looking to add highly skilled, experienced recruitment professionals to our team. Our Senior Full Desk Recruiter role is a sales-based opportunity focused on high-quality relationship building and business development.

The role includes:

Business Development - Work directly to build relationships with Fortune 1000 clients to ascertain their hiring needs and provide unique solutions. Work to manage your own book of business as well as the full sales lifecycle.

Full lifecycle Recruitment- Source and screen candidates for new opportunities as well as facilitate the entire interview to hire process.

Office Development - Working with Executives to further develop office strategy and growth, budget management, team development and more.

Growth Potential - Performance-based promotions into leadership. Opportunities to relocate, travel, build out new offices, new brands, new teams and more!

Location

We are accepting applications for our offices in NYC, Scottsdale, Denver, Tampa, Philadelphia, Dallas, Irvine, Chicago and Charlotte. Work from home opportunities are also available.
