Java Developer / Fintech / Stockholm

Established in 2010, this company have consistently helped companies grow and transform through their market-leading financial automation software.

They offer a complete soltuion for their customers company finance, with an in-house developed system that handles accounting processes automatically - the company itself has 150+ talented employees based in and around Stockholm!

They are currently expanding their development team, and looking for both a Lead & Senior Java developer to join on a permanent basis (hybrid) - Swedish speaking is a must!

Role & Responsibilities

* As lead developer, you will take technical leadership over a talented development team of approx. 4 people, not personnel or man management, but hands on technical leadership!
* Currently breaking down their monolith and building a brand new microservice-based system, you will have a real impact on a crucial project over the next 2-3 years!
* continuously develop new features and functionalities for the product
* A place and team where you can have a significant impact on the team and product, make decisions and have your input!

Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ Years of experience within Java/Spring/SQL
* Experience working as a senior/lead developer
* A well rounded developer, experience across the full SDLC and strong understanding of all aspects from concept, development, architecture etc
