Fullstack Developer - Mobile Gaming / Gothenburg

This company offers a gaming service that provides users with access to a wide range of mobile games.

The service operates on a hybrid system using AWS Lambda for serverless computing and dockerised containers.

As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for working with technologies such as React and node.js to build and maintain the company's gaming platform.



In this role, you will be responsible for further optimizing the efficiency of the streaming elements of the company's gaming platform. This includes incorporating technologies such as WebRTC and other solutions related to audio/image compression and data streaming.

You will also be tasked with developing and deploying petascale Edge Computing Services in the cloud and on-premises, using technologies such as Node.js/Javascript, AWS Lambda, and dockerised images.

This will involve creating new microservices and adding new functionality to the company's React frontend. Additionally, you will be responsible for running, adapting, and compiling Android and Android emulators, as well as dynamically optimising framerate, image compressions, and resolution.



* The vibe at the company is a very laidback working environment, developers are only required to be in-office 1x per week, beyond daily-standups and retrospectives the day is very free-flowing with an expectation for developers to be self-organising.
