Must haves:

* 7 years experience in development, the closer to ten you are the better and the coding skills you have the better
* Solid understanding on AWS
* Good grasp on how to build applications for AWS environment
* Capability to architect the solution, define the new structure, how to put the whole thing together, how to draw it on a block level to start building
* good communication and good organisation skills
