Level 2-3 Service Desk/Systems Engineer

* Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 + super
About the company
* My client is an MSP and an MS GOLD PARTNER.
* Minimum 2 years of IT Service Desk Experience with a managed service provider essential.
* Strong technical background in Windows server and client operating systems, MS exchange, Office 365
* Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience with Network support, diagnostics and troubleshooting physical and virtual networks essential.
* SME Networking - implementation and support (eg. Cisco, Juniper, Cisco, Fortigate).
* DAS and SANs - support and administration.
* Hypervisors (Hyper-V or VMWARE) - deployment, support and administration.
* Cloud Infrastructure and On-Prem Infrastructure experience.
* Clear, friendly and professional written and verbal English communication skills essential.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Competent in time management, a
bility to work under pressure.
* Experience in customer engagement.
* High Attention to detail.
* Microsoft Certifications e.g. MCSA Office 365
* CCNA Certification
