Level 2/3 Service Desk Engineers

* Expressions of interest for permanent positions
* Location: Sydney CBD
* Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + super

Opportunity:

* As we are coming to the end of the year a lot of my clients are busy closing off projects and getting their pipeline ready for next year.
* There will be multiple roles available that need filling come the new year and I'm seeing which of the top talent will be available.

Experience:

* IT Service Desk experience in a fast paced environment (MSP experience preferred)

* Strong technical background in Windows Server, Active Directory and client operating systems (Windows, iOS, Linux)

* MS Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc)

* Demonstrated experience with Network implementation, support, diagnostics and troubleshooting physical and virtual networks (eg. Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate).

* Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VM Ware)
* Cloud Infrastructure (Azure preferred) and On-Prem Infrastructure experience.

Desired Certifications:

* CCNA
* Relevant Microsoft Certifications - Azure, MSCA Office 365 etc
* ITIL
