Cloud & System Engineer

One of our well-known Tech clients are currently looking for a Cloud & Systems Engineer. Are you ready to be part of an innovative company that wants to push boundaries? We are looking for:

Your Profile:

* Computer scientist specialising in system engineering (EFZ) or equivalent
* Further education (professional certificate or HF)
* Minimum of five years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment, M365, and cloud, preferably with Azure or AWS
* Experience in the area of Hyper-V & NetApp Storage is advantageous
* Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), networking, and IT security
* Fluent in written and spoken German, with good English skills
* Willingness to work sporadic evenings and weekends, as well as be on-call

Your Responsibilities:

* Plan, build, and operate IT platform components with a focus on cloud technologies
* Ensure second and third level support, resolving or coordinating the resolution of disruptions/errors with external providers
* Provide global IT support to more than 50 locations worldwide
* Support or lead projects in the IT platform environment (participation, sub-project management, project management)
* Develop measures for minimising disruptions within the scope of problem management
* Create and maintain technical documentation and concepts
