Job Description

My client is currently looking for a CTO, who will be a hands-on leader of the engineering and data science teams and oversee the general development of their product.

Role & Responsibilities

* Making important design and technical decisions that specify how to re architect products in a cloud-first way on systems such as AWS
*

Helping the company makes sense of the data (involves scalable data pipelines, data integration involvement and ensuring the database management system is managed frequently
*

Mentor and manage the Data Engineering functions

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong background in Python / Django / AWS
* Principal / Lead / CTO / Engineering Manager experience
* Ability to lead teams through a rapid growth period
* Experience leading and scaling a team of Engineers
