DevOps engineer - (DV cleared)

Job Description

I am working with a leading client of mine who are looking for a freelance DevOps engineer on an initial 6 month project.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES DV CLEARANCE

-Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure/AWS.
-Creating automated, reliable and repeatable deployment pipelines.
-Creating cloud solutions that are secure from the start.
-Working with infrastructure-as-code.
-Knowledge of CI/CD principles.
-Software engineering - one or more language (such as Python).
-Track record in developing and delivering production ready components.
-Good knowledge of testing approaches and best practice.
-Interpreting detailed specifications and translating into simple solutions.
-Track record in the documentation of code.
-Good understanding of Windows/Linux infrastructure.
-Ensuring development outputs are suitably integrated into release modules
-Taking the lead in progressing these through the relevant stages into live service.
-Supporting of the release-to-service process including security and accreditation processes.
-Providing Technical advice and expertise on designs, solutions, tools, techniques and standards
-Hands on development of real world solutions
-Troubleshooting, investigations and incident resolution.
