Application Support Engineer (SaaS) - Manchester - Salary to £65,000

This cutting edge fintech company are looking to increase their technical support and operations team over the next coming weeks. With multiple positions available and an impressive growth plan in place we have been partner with this client to help increase their overall technical capacity.

The successful candidate will have a background in technical support from both an internal and external standpoint and be able to speak with users from both sides. A strong technical knowledge with SQL is a must with this position.

You will be working in close collaboration between multiple teams such as R&D, Product, Operations and Customer Success Teams.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Experience working with technical related support/dev/account management within a global B2B-focused SaaS environment.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* High proficiency in SQL and RDBMS.
* Experience with monitoring systems is advantageous.
* Exposure to AWS environments would be ideal but not necessary.
