Technical Lead (Praha/hybrid)

Role: Gameplay Programmer (Remote)

Opportunity type: Contract/B2B/Freelance

Contract length: 12 months + possible extension

My client is a global leading chemical company based in Prague. They're currently looking for an experienced Technical lead to work on a very exciting Greenfield project. You will have the opportunity to build your own team from the ground up (15+) and with the help of your team design the overall technological architecture of the product.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in Chemical manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas or Mining industry
8+ years experience as a full-stack engineer
Ability to code and architect back and front-end solutions with multiple types or architecture
Good knowledge of data migration, transformation, and scripting
Strong communication skills (Fluent English)
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders

This can be a Permanent employment or a long term B2B contract with a very competitive and negotiable salary.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days in their Prague office preferable and with occasional travel to US and South Africa.
